I actively support new modules and releases by coordinating end-to-end testing, tracking issues, and contributing to stable deployments. I also designed and improved project/support workflows in Jira by building a dynamic Kanban structure that increased visibility, standardization, and traceability across teams. During customer implementations, I validate configurations on-site, support go-live activities, and ensure solutions match real operational processes. Additionally, I perform SQL-based data validation and analysis to support reporting and decision-making, and I continuously strengthen my documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
