Muhammed Ali YAĞCI

Hello, I’m Muhammed Ali Yağcı. I graduated from Necmettin Erbakan University with a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (100% English) and I am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in the same field. I develop myself at the intersection of software, data, and process improvement, aiming to take part in projects that create measurable value.

With an analytical mindset and a systematic problem-solving approach, I quickly structure ambiguous situations, clarify requirements, and turn them into actionable plans. I support decisions with data validation and analysis, prioritize effectively, and follow outcomes with a quality-focused delivery discipline. My experience across project and support workflows has strengthened my ability to collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and manage tasks in an organized and transparent way.

I also actively work in aerospace-oriented team projects (Teknofest and similar competitions), where I have taken responsibilities in ground station software, embedded system support, and team coordination. I enjoy working end-to-end—from defining the problem to testing, improving, and delivering reliable results.

My long-term goal is to contribute to Türkiye’s National Technology Initiative by building sustainable, high-impact solutions and continuously improving myself as an engineer.
